It’s a no pressure holiday. You don’t need to buy a special outfit or get a gift that someone will only return or stick in a drawer to be forgotten. You come together with friends and family and share a meal. You spend time thinking about what is important to you and the things that you are grateful for.
Some good food. A little wine. A slice of pumpkin pie.
Better start getting ready.
The big spider has been taken down.
The little spiders have been chased away.
All the bones have been collected.
Jack-o-lanterns and sculls are accounted for.

I like your decorations way more than mine!
You my dear I just knew would have the best decorations. I'm surprised we didn't see how to re purpose the ones you found at the yard sale :)
You're ahead of me for sure - the decorations look wonderful and - yes - thanks to a dear friend I think I can smell all that yummy food!!!
Just like Halloween, I don't have any Thanksgiving decorations. My poor deprived kids!
I had to laugh at "all the bones are collected" and admire your spider collection.
You have a nice set of Gobblers too! I hope this Thanksgiving finds you filled with soul comforting food and warmed from love.
